You Don't Need a Weatherman
Got up this morning expecting to see three or four inches of snow on the ground, but, nope.
The local weather guys were shucking and jiving -- it's coming, we swear!
And they were right. Only a few hours off. At the moment, it's coming down pretty good, and cold enough to stick.
Little early for a white Christmas, but if you celebrate the Twelve Days, it just makes it under the wire.

So, driving up there from San Francisco is gonna suck! We're coming up on the 21st to visit Grandma. I wonder what the mountains are going to be like.
Well, it's now been coming down steady and heavy since before I got up (around 9, 9:30). I think we're going to end up with more than the 3 in they predicted. But it's blowing around so much there's none on the roofs, trees or wires.
Ah, so a minor dusting for Michigan?
Went from 45 to 19 overnight with 40mph gusts this AM.
But it ain't boring.
Snow and 20's for the rest of the week. Snowmobile trails open Jan 1 so it can do whatever it want's till then.
