More Strong Arm Stuff
For those of you who can't see the video, this is a guy doing a couple of one-arm, one-finger pull-ups on a bar ...
I do chins as part of my workout, usually only ten or twelve reps (with both hands and all my fingers.)
I can manage a one-armed one only if I use the off-hand to steady myself against the door jamb. The balance aspect is tricky.
With both hands, I can get a rep with two fingers on one hand and one finger on the other.
Doing this with one arm and one finger? Yeah, these guys are all skinny and most of 'em serious rock climbers or gymnastic jocks, but it impresses me.
