So, my literary agency in New York City is captained by Jean Naggar, a bright and funny lady who has written a memoir. It is officially published on the morrow and I, and other folks who know her, are all going to buy a copy then, so as to give it a nice spike on Amazon.com. (For those of you who don't know, if a bunch of folks all buy a book on the same day, it gets a surge on Amazon's lists, and can be the bestseller in its category, which helps sales, and looks good on the cover of the reprint: "Bestselling Memoir."
If you are the kind of reader who enjoys such things, you might consider this book. From what I know about it, it is a fascinating story, and I am looking forward to reading it.
It's called, Sipping From the Nile, which is a passing good title, too.

Egypt in the 1950s is enough to get my attention.
I like your songwriting! No nookie is fine.
It was a dark and stormy afternoon.... ;-)
