Secrets of the Martial Arts

Years ago, deep in the fetid swamps of far Louisiana, I learned one of the most esoteric and secret of all martial art forms, Hung Too Low, from the closed-door Tai Chi Chuan system, Long Wang.

I have kept it secret all these years, for obvious reasons, but now I feel the time has come to share it with the world.

Use it wisely.

All right! We practice the same form. And I like the moves mentioned in your comment even better than the ones shown. My only real criticism is that your movements in Carry Dynamite to Tiger's Mouth weren't explosive enough.

There's a loose wrist twirl in Chen style. I've never known the real name for it, but always think of it as "Hey, sailor...!"
