Of course, most shooters of any skill will look at this and allow as how if you can't hit your intended target, you ought not to be shooting, and I have to wonder how wide most shooters in panic mode miss, too. Will this kind of thing do any good? Maybe.
It's surely spooky to watch that whirling dervish hitting targets, though ...

Hi again. I really don't know if I'm doing this right. I could not find your email address on google+, and this is my first time to post on a blog(believe it or not).
So as I said I've been a fan of your books for a long time. I discovered The Man Who Never Missed in high school. I started buying up your books as soon as I could find them. Every few years I reread all of the ones I have. When I'm doing that I see what I can find about you and your books on line, craving a new addition.
This time I found some posts about The Siblings of the Shroud. I could not find it anywhere to purchase it. All I could find is that it was supposed to come out some time in 2010. Did the book come out? Because I can't even find used copies online?
I have many more questions and comments about your books, but I thought I should start with this. Thank you for your time.

Siblings is a back burner book, haven't finished it yet ; also there's a distant sequel, Churl, which is in the queue. Eventually I plan to get to them .

Interesting concept and probably fun to shoot things with (things that go kablooey, not riiip) however, I can't see myself using them. Too much can go wrong and the wrong person could get hit. What kind of lawsuits is that inviting? And, wouldn't this be considered as something that inflicts unnecessary suffering? (Playing Devil's Advocate here). I'll stick with my JHPs.
Oh, I'm not in any rush to go out and get something that the jury will look at in horror, especially when one of the Kevlar threads breaks and a chunk flies off to kill the no-shoot neighbor child.
If you can't make the shot, you don't take the shot.
I can see way too much to go wrong. It's neat. It's fun. But if the strands break -- yikes. What about a partial hit? Looks like they designed it around head & both shoulders... but what if you only get a shoulder? Where do the other parts go? How does it fragment on impact? What if it tries to separate in the barrel?
Like someone else said... Fun to play with, especially with splattery targets (watermelons, milk jugs...) but not something I'd want to be using for real.
