Got me. Looks like some kind of atomic-powered device on the critter's back. Musta missed that one in the Depends on what "is" is discussion ...
Before I saw the picture, I thought it was going to be William Burroughs.
I'd suggest putting up a link to his site. It is watermarked on the picture but an easy to click link seems fair.
