It's probably an image from one of the stock images place. If you look at various ads around the world you'll see this type of thing all the time. Usually, they're used in a different manner so it's not so obvious.
Yep. Because I was curious, I found the stock image shop where they got it. What was fun was that both artists (or maybe it was just the one) flipped the image one-eighty vertical and then dressed it up a little differently.
Not only is the same image used, but they're used in almost the same way! (Design-wise)
