According to a news report, here, a woman in England who had a terrible migraine headache developed, as a result, a French accent. That one is too easy to knock out of the park, so I'm not even gonna swing, but still, I can't imagine the late-night comedians aren't going to have a fine ole time with this one ...
Not the first case of foreign accent syndrome by a long-shot. I'm pretty sure I've seen an entire hour-long documentary on it on A&E or some such.
